Before heading to our next puzzle, we stopped at DQ for a 3 o’clock lunch and Blizzard :P it was really good.

 

Then, we had to route around a lot of detours because there was a lot of roadwork around Wilmot Gateway Park in Woodinville. Once we got to the puzzle, it was really frustrating because the puzzle was fitting all given “supplies” into five “backpacks”. We took a bit longer on this puzzle than we probably should have just because we were all so frustrated and not working very well together.

 

Advice for this type of situation: try to stay calm. It doesn't help anyone if someone starts yelling or only wants solve the puzzle in their way. This is a team event for a reason. If you notice someone on your team getting frustrated and not trying other people’s ideas or suggestions, suggest everyone take a break or empower that other person whose ideas are not being heard by amplifying their ideas.
