After the cat meme puzzle, we were sent the location for South Whidbey State Park. Once we arrived, we headed to the amphitheater in the park and saw teams performing classic fairytales on stage. Once given our pack for the puzzle, it started to make sense- after each group performed, 6 camp counselors each held up a paper with a circle on it, some filled in and others not. We were able to recognize this as braille, and that we needed to follow all the rules (6 for each play) to get the answer.
Once we recognized this, we started organizing to perform plays and get all the requirements to decipher the code. It was really fun to get to blow off steam and re-enact plays like Rumpelstiltskin, Cinderella, and Little Red Riding Hood with different funny rules. Some of these rules include: the actors were not allowed to talk, all lines in the play had to be read as questions, or that the play had to be re-enacted as sci-fi.
After getting to perform plays with the team, we were able to decipher the puzzle and got a new location!
