Tacoma's Landmark Theatre: Overnight
After the Olympia Press Building, we were sent to the Tacoma Landmark Theatre for our overnight stop. Here were many puzzles and the opportunity to sleep for a little. I took the second sleep shift, 3AM - 5AM and did puzzles from 12-3.

Spell Sounds: For this puzzle, we were given a box with buttons. Each button surrounding the screen created a single sound while the buttons lined up on the right side made a longer word-like sound. First, we had to find out how to combine smaller sounds to create all the longer ones. Every time we succeeded a series of 2-3 strange symbols popped up on the screen. We recorded these symbols and decoded which sound each made to play the final spell which gave us the code word to type into Spiderdog.

Toil and Trouble: For this puzzle, we were given an envelope of papers with a single word on each. These words could be organised by color, then associated by a related word. For example, the group of words "freeze, clean, bone" could be related to the word dry. When we solved the puzzle, the Wizard took our strip of paper and lit it on FIRE which was very exciting and cool at 2:30 AM.

After this puzzle, we got another but were too exhausted to solve it and woke up our teammates to switch sleep shifts.
